Policy

Shipping & returns

Everything sold by MY GREEK YOGURT ships from one kitchen, so the rules are short.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern are packed the next morning and leave our Astoria kitchen within two business days. Chilled yogurt ships Monday through Wednesday only, so it never sits in a depot over a weekend.

Rates

Ground shipping is $7.95 anywhere in the contiguous United States and free on orders over $60. Chilled orders travel two-day with insulated liners and gel packs at $16.50 flat.

Returns

Unopened pantry goods and merchandise carrying the MY GREEK YOGURT mark can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email care@mygreekyogurt.shop and we send a prepaid label.

Perishables

Chilled yogurt cannot be returned for food safety reasons. If a tub arrives warm, damaged or short-dated, send us a photo within 48 hours and we refund or replace the full line item.
